Application: Used as a base resin for GRP fibreglass roofing systems, ensuring waterproof and durable roofing solutions.
Recommended Use: Ideal for flat or sloping roofs, waterproofing applications, and fibreglass repair work.
Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from debris before application. A primer may be required for certain surfaces like plywood or HDF.
Characteristics: Designed for roller application, providing excellent levelling and sag resistance. Once cured, it creates a tack-free, watertight surface ready for topcoat application.
Application Guidelines: Apply with a medium pile roller at 1.25kg per m² for 450g matting or 1.5kg per m² for 600g matting. Ensure thorough consolidation with a paddle roller to achieve a bubble-free finish.
Performance Tip: Store at 17°C and apply on a dry, dust-free surface.
